Shipping Policy

Orders that are processed before 2pm EST are usually shipped the same day. All other orders will be processed the following business day. Orders that are processed after 2pm on Fridays are generally shipped Monday morning. Please allow up to 2 business days for a package to be shipped from our warehouse.

All orders are shipped from the United States using USPS. Orders that weigh less than 15 ounces are shipped using First Class Mail. Orders that weigh over 15 ounces are shipped using Priority Mail.

First Class Mail generally takes 3-5 days.

Priority Mail generally takes 2-4 days.

We know that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible and we do our best to make that happen. However, after the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how quickly the package arrives. We do provide a tracking number that can be used to track the shipment.

If after 7 days, you have still not received your package, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

For FedEx Home Delivery, there is no Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday delivery.

For FedEx 2-Day Shipping, if the shipment is late due to inclement weather or if the package is determined to be undeliverable, we cannot be responsible for late shipments and will not offer a refund. Please review the FedEx refund policy.

My package was never delivered

While it is extremely rare that a package does not make it to its destination, we understand that things can happen. While we are not responsible for shipping-related issues, we will do our best to help you get your item.

If your order is still being shown as "In Transit" or "Out for Delivery", we are not able to process any returns or refunds until the shipping process has been completed.

If a package is marked by the shipping service provider as "Failed to Delivery", it is usually returned to our facility. After it is returned, then we may be able to process a refund for your order.

There are no refunds on shipping costs. Once a package leaves our facility, we have no control over what happens with the package. You will need to contact the shipping service providing if there are shipping issues. If a package fails to be delivered, it is usually shipped back to us. After we receive the returned package, then we may issue a refund.

Neither the USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping company has offered guaranteed shipping times during the holiday season, however, they have offered guidelines for how soon orders should be placed if needed before Christmas Day:

Standard Ground/First-Class Shipping Deadline: December 15, 1:59pm

2nd Day Air: December 21, 1:59pm

Overnight: December 22, 1:59pm

Notice of Delivery Service Impacts
USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19.
We appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering the holidays to you.

From FedEx:
The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments in Europe and around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis, which are impacting our ability to meet our high standards of service. As a result, we have made the decision to suspend our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express services, effective immediately until further notice.
